View Video Tribute Vicky Lynn Collier Kerfoot, 45, of Middletown, IA, formerly of Keokuk, IA died Monday, January 28, 2008 in Middletown as the result of a hit and run accident. She was born on April 5, 1962 in Ft. Madison, IA, the daughter of James Larry and Rose Etta Paris Collier. She married Chad Kerfoot. Vicky graduated from Keokuk High School with the Class of 1981. Vicky enjoyed drawing, playing pool, swimming and horse back riding. Her greatest joys in life were her children and spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by one daughter, Emily Rose Mary Kerfoot of Middletown, one son, Samuel Alan James Kerfoot of Savannah, TN, one sister, Cherie Colwell of Keokuk, her father and step-mother, James Shirley Collier of Port Charlotte, FL, several uncles and aunts including John Paris Shirley Paris of Warsaw, IL and Bob Faye Paris of Sparta, TN, one nephew, Derek Frazier, two nieces, Ashley Colwell, Heather Colwell, three great-nieces, Hallie Frazier, Aubrey Frazier and Skyler Cale, several cousins, her best friend, Mary Kay Stark of Keokuk, IA and a special friend, Gabe Shirkey of Middletown, IA. She was preceded in death by her mother, her aunt uncle that helped raise her, Etta Truman Stephenson and her grandparents. Memorial serviceswere held at 2 p.m., Saturday at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, IA with Brother Bill Hauser officiating. Memorials may be made to her children.
