Terry Lynn Daniels, Sr. 73 of Keokuk, IA passed away Sunday, May 19, 2024 at his home. He was born March 3, 1951 in Keokuk, IA the son of Raymond Harold and Flora Ann Bell Daniels.

On August 3, 1968 Terry was united in marriage to Patty Gaus in Wayland, MO. She survives.

Other survivors include two sons, Terry Daniels, Jr. (Rhonda) of Conroe, TX and Troy Daniels (April) of Keokuk, seven grandchildren, Taryn McCarter (Nick), Tiffany Taymoori (Armon), Victoria Daniels, Marissa Daniels, Lucas McGee (Nicole), Alex Owen and Andrea Owen and ten great-grandchildren, Zayden, Xinnley, Aziz, Wyatt, Aubrey, Lincoln, Liam, Bentley and Blakely. He is also survived by one brother, Roger Daniels of Kahoka, MO and two sisters, Carol Morrison of Kahoka, MO and Fran Jackson of Burlington, IA.

He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers, John Daniels, Jim Daniels. Larry Daniels, Wayne Daniels and Harold Daniels and one great-granddaughter, Blakeleigh Lynch.

Terry had been employed by Stone Container in Keokuk for over twenty years, until the plant closed.

Terry enjoyed riding motorcycles and collecting old toys, Pez candy dispensers, Coke Cola items and 8 track tapes. He was a passionate musician and a talented guitarist. He spent countless hours in his basement writing songs and once made a record in Nashville. He also wrote a special song for his mother's funeral called "Angel Like Momma". Terry played guitar in several different bands over the years. He was an avid Beatles and old country music fan. Terry enjoyed life, his family and many friends. It was the time he spent with his boys and grandchildren that he treasured the most.

According to his wishes, there will be no services.
