Steven T. Sheffler, 54, died Saturday, April 2, 2016 at his home in Warsaw.
He was born March 14, 1962 in Keokuk, the son of Frederick and Julia "Judy" Marlin Sheffler. In 1980, he was united in marriage to Pam Scheuermann. Together they raised three daughters.
He graduated from Hamilton High School with the class of 1980. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Culver Stockton College.
Steven was previously employed at Precision Foundry Tooling in Hamilton and BTR in Keokuk.
He attended Faith Assembly of God Church in Hamilton.
Steven loved the outdoors and spent as much time as he could boating, hunting, golfing, camping and hiking. He also enjoyed working on cars and playing video games.
He is survived by three daughters, Melinda (Bert) Wolverson of Columbia, MO, Mary (Fred) Facker of Houston, TX and Julia Sheffler of Tallahassee, FL, one brother, Tony (Deb) Sheffler of Buford, GA and a sister, Lisa (Baird) Wohlfeil of Sterling Heights, MI.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside services were held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday. April 2, 2016 at the Riverside Cemetery in Hamilton with Eric Sutter officiating.
