Shirley Anne Winterlin, 79, of Keokuk, IA, died Thursday, June 30, 2016 at her home. She was born on October 27, 1936 in Forest Grove, OR, the daughter of William and Reatha Wiswill Allen. She graduated from Forest Grove High School with the Class of 1954. On September 17, 1963, Shirley was united in marriage to George Charles Winterlin, Jr. in San Diego, CA. He preceded her in death. Shirley had been employed at Cardiac Pacemakers in Arden Hills, MN for ten years, retiring in 1997. She was a member of the Salem Lutheran Church in Stillwater MN. Shirley enjoyed watching classic movies on television. She also enjoyed arts and crafts and made beautiful decoupage projects. She was an avid Minnesota Vikings fan. She is survived by one daughter Lonnie Winterlin and husband Paul Mooney III of Keokuk, one granddaughter, Autumn Chalkline of Stillwater, MN and one grandson, Dakota Claussen of Rock Island, IL. A graveside service was held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 30, 2016 at the Salem Lutheran Cemetery in Stillwater, MN. The Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk is assisting the family with arrangements.
