Samuel "Sam" E. Poe, 80, former resident of Keokuk, IA, died Thursday, October 4, 2018 at Accordius Health at St. Mary in Davenport, IA.
According to his wishes there will be no service or visitation. Burial will be at a later date in Morganton, GA.
Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
