Ryan Joseph Mason

Ryan Joseph Mason, 30 of Springdale, AR formerly of Keokuk, IA, died Sunday, May 27, 2012 at his home in Springdale. He was born April 30, 1982 in Keokuk, IA the son of Marilyn Janice Mueller. Ryan graduated in 2000. He had been employed at Pizza Hut in Springdale as an assistant manager for the past ten years. Ryan was a hard worker who took his responsibilities to heart. He was a friend to everyone and never met a stranger. He was always willing to help people in any way he could. Ryan was a devoted father and loved spending time with his son, Javen. He loved to cook and help his grandmother. He is survived by one son, Javen Mason of Springdale, AR, his mother, Marilyn "Jan" Mueller and her companion Ron Loeffler "his father", of Keokuk, IA, one brother, Cody Mueller, his children, Tyjai and Janae Mueller and Cody's companion Raneka Saunders and her children, Shakirah Warren and Eric Bradley of Keokuk, IA, grandmother, Becky Mueller of Springdale, AR, grandfather, Joe Mueller of Keokuk, IA, many aunts and uncles including Maria Hagmeier, Mark Mueller, Mike Mueller, Melinda Castro, Debbie Mueller and Dale Hagmeier, cousins, Hanna Hagmeier, Dalton Hagmeier, , Joey Mueller, Amber Mueller, Summer Mueller, Tyler Mueller, Caylie Mueller, Jessica Swoope, Kory Castro, second cousins, Tyson Hagmeier, Kayla Mueller, London Mueller, great uncle, Frank Mueller, great aunt, Liz Mcavenia and special friends Mike Campbell, J.D. Boudreau, Tim Smith and Cassie Steele. A memorial service was held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, IA with Reverend Bill Mitchell officiating. Burial was in the Oakland Cemetery in Keokuk, IA. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Javen's Education Fund.
