Obituary

RoseMarie Faye Moore, 66, of Revere died Friday, August 20, 2021 at her home. She was born April 28, 1955 in Keokuk, IA the daughter of Milton Joseph and Viola Ruberta "Peggy" Davis-Moore. RoseMarie was a talented and creative art teacher who was employed with North Mercer R-111 School District, Princeton R-V School District and retired from Cainsville R-1 School District in 2017. She was an inspiration to her students. She had an unwavering and deep faith and was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Keokuk. She truly had a servant's heart and gave unselfishly to others. RoseMarie expressed her love for her family in many ways but especially with her "lovin' from the oven." Her cookies and candies were a special treat particularly during the Christmas season. Her creativity transformed the family home into a holiday wonderland at Christmas. She was very artistic and expressed herself through her sewing and craft projects. She is survived by her daughter, Autumn Moore of Revere. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Leonard Moore. Visitation will be held from 9:30 - 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 16, 2021 at the Shrine of St. Patrick in St. Patrick. A prayer service will be 10:00 a.m. following the visitation on Saturday at the Shrine of St. Patrick. Burial will follow in the St. Patrick cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family. The Vigen Memorial Home in Kahoka is assisting the family with arrangements.
