View Video Tribute Robert Drew Lambert, 69, of Keokuk, IA, died Monday, December 3, 2007 at his home. He was born on October 1, 1938 in Keokuk, IA, the son of Orville and Lois Roberts Lambert. He had been married to Bonnie Graf from 1959 – 1978. Robert had served in the National Guard for several years. He had been employed as a union electrician through IBEW. He was of the Catholic faith. Robert enjoyed music and was a very good guitar player. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping and fishing. He is survived by one daughter, Pam Markey and her husband John of Dallas City, IL, two sons, David Lambert and his wife Casey of Burlington, IA and Daniel Lambert and his wife Justine of Keokuk, IA, nine grandchildren, Wesley, Amanda Nick Markey, Tyler Alexis Lambert, Michael, Kori, Luke Taren Lambert, one brother, Olen Lambert and his wife Joyce of Newton, IA, a special friend, Betty Simmons of Keokuk, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by one son, Bobby Lambert, Jr., two brothers, Gerald Lambert and Joe Lambert, one sister, Willadean Ringstrom and his parents. A Gathering of Remembrance for family and friends was held from 7 – 9 p.m. on Thursday at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, IA. Memorials may be made to the family.
