Richard "Dick" Myers, 83 of Kahoka died Friday, May 3, 2019 at the Clark County Nursing Home in Kahoka.      He was born July 22, 1935, the son of Harold and Thelma Fox Myers in Keokuk, Iowa.  Dick was first united in marriage to Ann Hagmeier on November 23, 1961.  To this union Theresa, Lisa, and Suzanne were born.  They later divorced.  He was then united in marriage to Kathy Butler-Wollam on October 7, 1995.  She survives.      Children: Theresa Kline (Thomas) of Mountaintop, PA, Lisa Robertson (Kurt Schultz) of Tulsa, OK, and Suzanne Modrovsky (Scott Jenkins) of Mountaintop, PA, Angela Johnston (Terry) of Memphis, MO, Cary Weishaar (Karl) of Louisville, KY and Clifford Wollam Jr. (Aye) of Wildwood, MO, 16 grandchildren, Jason Kline, Lauren Roman (Scott), Catherine Noble (William), Ann Marie Kline, Erin Robertson (Rodrigo Ayala), Phoebe Stinson (Reid), Jillian Robertson, Luke Modrovsky, Noah Modrovsky, Grace Modrovsky, Kirsten Drummond (Corvin), Kylee Johnston, Kale Weishaar, Luke Weishaar, Amber Wollam, and Alex Wollam, 2 great grandchildren, Dylan Roman and Aden Drummond, four sisters in law; Brenda Bemis, Jennifer Blum (Van), Bonnie Dieterich (Gerald), and Terry Gesel, brothers in law, Barton R. Butler and Doug Porter, along with many nieces and nephews.      He was preceded in death by his parents, his twin brother, Ronald Myers, granddaughter, Regan Robertson, and two sisters in law, Xena (Schock) Myers and Jane (Butler) Porter.      Dick graduated from Kahoka High School.  He was a veteran of the United States Army and served his country during the Vietnam Era.  He had been employed with the Keokuk Fire Department serving 26 years of service.      Dick was an avid St. Louis Cardinals and Iowa Hawkeye fan and always had a big heart for his four legged companions. He especially loved when Janie, the nursing home dog, would come visit him.      Visitation was held Wednesday, May 8 at the Vigen Memorial Home in Kahoka with the family meeting with friends from 5 – 7 p.m.      A memorial service was held following the visitation at 7 p.m.      In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
