Richard "Rick" Davis

View Video Tribute Richard "Rick" K. Davis, 57, of Keokuk, IA died Monday, January 23, 2012 at the Keokuk Area Hospital in Keokuk, IA. He was born October 6, 1954 in Keokuk, IA the son of Harold and Marilyn Hamrick Davis. On October 1, 1976 he was united in marriage to Barbara Kinkeade in Keokuk, IA. She survives. Other survivors include one daughter, Heidi Davis of Keokuk, IA, two sons, Scott Davis of Keokuk, IA and Casey Davis and his wife Brandy of Keokuk, IA, three grandchildren, Cloey Davis, Taylor Davis and Zoey Davis, one brother, Mike Davis and his wife Kathy of Keokuk IA, two sisters, Tina Hendricks and her husband Gary of Hamilton, IL and Robyn Davis of Keokuk, IA, mother-in-law, Hazel Lee and her companion, Chuck Cramer and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Rick graduated from Keokuk High School with the class of 1973. He was currently employed at Griffin Wheel in Keokuk, IA where he had worked for the past fifteen years. He had previously worked at Sheller Globe in Keokuk for twenty years. He enjoyed singing karaoke and hunting. His grandchildren were his pride and joy and he loved spending time with them. A Gathering of Remembrance was held Wednesday Jaunary 25, 2012 at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, IA. Memorials may be made to Lee County Stingerz ASA Softball.
