Rebeckah "Becky" Kelly, 75, of Keokuk, IA, died Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at her home.
She was born on March 10, 1946 in Keokuk, IA, the daughter of Elmer and Mae Wilkerson Foster. She graduated from Keokuk High School.
On February 14, 1967, Becky was united in marriage to Colin Kelly in Carthage, IL. He survives.
She is also survived by two sons, Shayne Kelly and Nathan Kelly (Cheri) all of Keokuk, seven grandchildren, Shelby Kelly, Shayna Kelly, Ethan Kelly, Noah Kelly, Gabriella Kelly, Andrew Kelly and Addison Mae Kelly all of Keokuk and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister, Diana Grice (Gary) of Keokuk, one brother, Lani Foster of Keokuk, two nephews, R. Shawne Grice of Burlington and Bryan F. Grice of Keokuk and a special friend of the family, Norma Miller.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Becky faithfully attended the Cornerstone Church in Keokuk.
She had been employed at Gypsy Dell and Likes Jewelers both in Keokuk. She then worked at Foil Graphics in Keokuk until her retirement.
Becky was a wonderful baker and talented cake decorator. She had made many beautiful birthday cakes for family and friends. She enjoyed traveling and taking trips with her sister and close friends. Becky's family was very important to her. She had been a co-caretaker for her brother, Lani, until her health failed. Becky was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and cherished the times she spent with her family.
A joint memorial service and luncheon for Becky and her brother Lani Foster will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday (May 14) at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk. A time to greet the family will be held prior to the service from 10:30 am – 11 am.
