Phyllis Lucille Lamb, of Keokuk, IA formerly of Iowa City, IA died on September 24, 2022 at the S.E. Iowa Behavioral Healthcare Center in Keokuk following a lengthy illness.
She was born on April 26, 1940 in Iowa City the daughter of William and Edna Lucille West Haney.
She was raised in Iowa City.
She was a graduate of City High School in Iowa City and The University of Iowa.
Phyllis lived much of her adult life in Iowa City, IA.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Iowa City.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Leslie Haney.
She is survived by her two sons and their families which include four grandsons.
As per her wishes there will be no services and she will be interred in the Oakland Cemetery in Iowa City, IA.
