Perry Eugene Allen

Perry Eugene Allen, 55 of Hamilton, IL died Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at his home. He was born October 20, 1963 in Durango, CO the son of Clarence Martin and Nelda Gray Allen. On July 27, 1997 he was united in marriage to Diana Lee at the Elvaston Community Church. She survives. Other survivors include two sisters, Donna Ash of Wayland, MO and Thelma Norton of Memphis, MO, one brother, Marty Allen of Arkansas and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, his mother, Nelda Barbee, one niece Tonya Ash and one great-nephew, Tripp Hudnut. Perry had been employed by Cores for You in Hamilton, IL. He enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing, deer hunting and mushrooming. He also enjoyed visiting with his friends. A memorial service was held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, February 23, at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, IA with Pastor Doug Campbell officiating. There was no visitation. Memorials may be made to the Elvaston Community Church or to the donor's choice.
