On Thursday, August 20, 2015, Patricia (Pat) Kay left her home in this world to reunite with her husband Herbie (Herb) Kay and other loved ones in the next. All friends and family are invited to join their surviving son, Philip (Phil) Kay in celebrating their reunion. A Celebration of life was held at Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, IA from 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2015.
