Mildred Delaney, 82, of Keokuk, died Friday morning, March 20, 2015 at Lexington Square in Keokuk.
She was born on October 2, 1932 in Moberly, MO the daughter of Paul and Ester Brown Delaney. On July 21, 1950 Mildred was united in marriage to Jerald Pryor in Keokuk, they later divorced.
Milly graduated from the Keokuk High School with the Class of 1950.
She was employed Northwestern Bell and later at Four Seasons in Keokuk.
She was a member of the First Christian Church in Keokuk.
Milly enjoyed the river, going boating, and loved to dance whether it be a fast or slow dance

She is survived by one daughter, Gail Hark of Keokuk, one grandson, Douglas Rudd of St. Louis, MO, one granddaughter, Angie Cowden of Hannibal, MO, three great grandsons, Jayden Rudd, Tucker Cowden and Trenton Cowden, one great granddaughter, Taylor Cowden, her step mother, Mary Keeber of Columbia, MO, three sisters, Cynthia Delaney, Fabiane Delaney, Tanya Delaney all of Columbia, MO, one brother Greg Delaney of Columbia, MO, Nieces and nephews.
Milly was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter in infancy, Becky Ann Pryor, one sister, Paula Ketterer and one brother, Paul Delaney.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk with Rev. David Turner officiating. Burial will be in the Sunset Memorial Gardens in Keokuk.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the family meeting with friends at that time.
