Meechele "Meshe" Page

Meechele "Meshe" Kayle Page, 17 of Keokuk, IA passed away on November 26, 2017. She was born on December 17, 1999 in Keokuk, IA the daughter of Robert Cloyd Page and Lauriebeth Hunter. She graduated with honors a year early from Keokuk High School with the class of 2017. Meechele's future plan was to be an orthodontist. She had been employed at Subway and Thomas Cardella both in Keokuk. Meechele enjoyed crafts, making bracelets, and baking cookies and chocolate cakes. She loved to sing and go shopping. Her dogs were very special to her. She enjoyed walking them and cruising around town with them in her car. She enjoyed hanging out with her friends and touched their lives with her smile and kindness. One of her greatest joys was spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. Meshe was full of life, fun, and energy and brought joy to everyone she met. She is survived by her parents Bob and Lauriebeth of Keokuk, seven sisters, Mary Hymes (Russ) of Tennessee, Alicia Gundy of Keokuk, Joanie Segovia (Anthony) of Keokuk, Bobbie Page (Wesley) of Keokuk, Jackie Value (Levi) of Keokuk, McKenna Jade Hunter (Nicklas) of Marengo, IA, Breanna Page of Omaha, NB, three brothers, William Page (Sally) of Marion, IA, Matthew Robert Lewis Page (Rebecca) of North Dakota, Mason Robert Lewis Page of Keokuk, three grandmothers, Pamela Hunter of Nauvoo, Joan Huston (Bill) of Keokuk, Mary Jane Page of Montrose, one great grandmother, Lois Schnakenberg of Sedalia, MO, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by grandparents, Robert E. Page "Poppy", Lewis William Hunter, Irene Rubbenmeyer, William Rubbenmeyer, great grandparents, Minnie and Cloyd Page, two cousins, David Gaudino, Kevin "Keke" Kemper, and one uncle Butch Bell. A memorial service was held at 2 pm on Saturday, December 2, 2017, at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk.
