Marla Faye Walton, 48, of Keokuk, Iowa, died Tuesday, May 27, 2008, at the Keokuk Area Hospital in Keokuk, Iowa. She was born July 14, 1959, in Keokuk, Iowa, the daughter of Raymond and Janice Moore Taylor. She was married to Terry Davis, and was later divorced. She was then united in marriage to Mike Walton, and was later divorced. Marla was a volunteer at Planned Parenthood of Southeast Iowa and attended the Faith Family Church in Keokuk, Iowa. She enjoyed spending her time reading, listening to music, and dancing. She loved taking care of her house plants and designing the interior of her home. Marla is survived by three daughters Ashlee Davis of Iowa City, Iowa, Taylor Walton of Keokuk, Iowa, and Maycee Walton of Keokuk, Iowa, her mother Janice Moore of Quincy, Illinois, her father Raymond Taylor of Iowa City, Iowa, one sister and two brothers. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. A memorial service was held at 11 a.m., Friday at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, IA with Brother Bill Hauser officiating. There was no visitation.
