Marilyn Sue Barnhart, 52 of Keokuk, IA died Thursday, April 13, 2023 at her home.

She was born January 2, 1971 the daughter of Edward and Laurie Inman Oilar.

On June 5, 1989 she was united in marriage to Thomas Barnhart. He survives.

Other survivors include three sons, Dane Barnhart (Flerida) of Canton, MO, Preston Barnhart of Kansas City, MO and Drew Barnhart (Lexi) of Canton, MO and two grandsons, Mason and Shepard. She is also survived by four sisters, Carol Oilar of California, Margie Oilar, Jennie Oilar and Trish Oilar all of Kahoka, MO and one brother, James Oilar of Mt. Pleasant, IA and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by parents and one sister, Ann Oilar.

Marilyn enjoyed watching television, especially science fiction shows. She made many attempts at sewing but never quite got the hang of it. Most of all, Marilyn loved spending time with her family.
