Linda Lou Lamma, 60, of Warsaw, IL died Friday, November 20, 2009 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL.
She was born on January 12, 1949 in Keokuk, IA, the daughter of Fred and Gail Myers. On October 31, 1990 she was united in marriage to William Lamma in St. Francisville, MO. He survives.
Other survivors include one son, Travis L. Lamma and his friend Brandy Mack of Warsaw, IL, two daughters, Melissa Shaul and her husband Derek of Keokuk, IA, Tabatha Couchman and her friend Chad Curtis of Keokuk, IA, nine grandchildren, Alan Westermeyer, Adam Westermeyer, Amanda Westermeyer, Alisha St.Clair, Todd Humes Jr., Alexis Humes, Odyssey Lamma, Tyson Lamma, Destiny Lamma, one sister, Linda Stevens and her husband Mark of St. Patrick, Mo, and her mother-in-law, Nellie Lamma of Keokuk,IA.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Linda had worked as a waitress at Morgan's Gas Station in Alexandria, MO for several years and most recently at Methode in Carthage, IL.
Linda enjoyed crocheting and collecting Betty Boop memorabilia. She was a wonderful mother and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, IA with Brother Bill Hauser officiating.
