Kim Perry Welch, 60 of Keokuk, IA died Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City, IA surrounded by his family and friends.
A memorial service was held at 2 P.M. Wednesday, Janujary 25, 2017, at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, IA.
