Kenneth "Ken" Lee Bergheger, 46 of Hahnville, LA formerly of Keokuk IA passed away September 12, 2024 as the result of a motorcycle accident.
Ken was born on December 22, 1977 in Keokuk, IA the son of Kenneth Lee Sr. and Barbara Harrison Bergheger.
After moving to Louisiana in 2006, Ken worked for 3C's Properties as a foreman, where he was known for his dedication and leadership on the job.
He developed a love for motorcycles at the age of fourteen when he got his first bike, sparking a lifelong passion for riding. Ken's enthusiasm for riding led him to become a founding member and vice president of Vicious Ryderz Club, where he played a key role in creating a close-knit family of riders and earned the club name "Pony Boy". Above all, Ken was a devoted father and grandfather who treasured every moment spent with his children and granddaughter.
Ken is survived by his three children, Dustin Redmond, Cassidy Redmond and Kenneth Lee Bergheger, III and one granddaughter, Delilah. He is also survived by his father, Kenneth Lee Bergheger, Sr. (Peggy Tripp), one sister, Samantha Glasscock (Tim), two nephews, Michael Glasscock and Zachary Glasscock, many aunts, uncles and cousins and his special friend, LaShonda Harrison.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Erin Bergheger, his mother, Barbara Bergheger, paternal grandmother, Wanda Dudley and maternal grandmother, Doris Harrison.
A memorial service was held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, October 26 at First Baptist Church in Keokuk, IA with Pastor Bob Brandhagen officiating. Burial was in the Charleston Cemetery in Charlestown, IA.
