Kenneth Dale Johnson, 82 of Keokuk died Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at the Keokuk Area Hospital in Keokuk. He was born January 30, 1934 in Carthage, IL the son of Hallie and Dorothy Breitenbutcher Johnson. Kenneth was a veteran of the United States Army and proudly served his country during the Korean War. He had been employed at Sibley Hospital in Washington D.C. as a stationary engineer for ten years until his retirement in 1996. Kenneth enjoyed genealogy and researching his family tree. He is survived by two sons, Lee Johnson, Midland, VA and Roy Johnson of Culpeper, VA one grandson, Kevin Johnson, of Lake of the Woods, VA and two great-grandsons, Darren Johnson and Andrew Johnson both of Lake of the Woods, VA. Services will be held at a later date.
