John "Johnny B" Ralston, 78, of Kahoka, MO, died Thursday, April 5, 2007 at the Clark County Nursing Home in Kahoka, Missouri. He was born August 26, 1928 in Goldsberry, Missouri the son of James Harve and Susie Muhuldy Ralston. On February 2, 1950 he was united in marriage to Wanetta Fern Hugill. She preceded him in death in January 18, 1998. John worked for Burlington Santa Fe Railroad as a signal maintainer for 42 years retiring in 1990. He was a member of the Clark County Moose Lodge and the Eagles Club in Canton, Missouri. He enjoyed bowling, hunting and fishing. He is survived by one son John L. Ralston and his companion Robin of Milpitas, CA, three grandchildren Lisa Himan and her husband Dan, Tyler Ralston and Amber Nicole Leilani Soares, two great grandchildren, Sean and Evan Himan. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda Soares, three sisters and three brothers. Memorial services were held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 11, 2007 at the Vigen Memorial Home in Kahoka, MO. with Reverend Ken Beckmann officating.
