John Barry, 67 of Keokuk, IA died Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL. He was born on December 10, 1945 in Keokuk, IA the son of Carson and Marguerite Mae Parsons Barry. On April 20, 1968 he was united in marriage to Sharon Griffith in Keokuk, Iowa. Next week they would have celebrated 45 years of marriage. John graduated from Kahoka High School with the Class of 1964. He expressed his love for his family with "lovin' from the oven." He was a very good cook and loved preparing food for his family. He was talented carpenter and loved going to yard sales and watching Netflix. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Barry of Keokuk, IA, three daughters, Michelle Jingst of Centralia, MO, Dana Corvaia and her husband Dan of Hamilton, IL, Marie Casey and her husband Tim of Sharon, WI, seven grandchildren, Rose Corvaia, Joseph Corvaia, Josie Corvaia, James Corvaia, David Jingst, Anna Jingst and Avery Casey, six sisters, Margaret Byers and her husband Max, Betty Logsdon, Dorothy Hunziker and her husband Dean, Barb Parrish and her husband Wesley, Connie Watson and her husband Gary, and Patricia Higgins and her husband Bob, four brothers, Dean Barry and his wife Jan, Arthur Barry and his wife Marilyn, Floyd Barry and his wife April, and Vernon Barry and his wife Carol along with numerous nieces and nephews.
