View Video Tribute James William Adams, 44, of Keokuk, IA, died Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at his home. He was born September 10, 1964 in Chicago, IL the son of Charles Adams and Betty Richardson Adams. James worked for the Ft. Madison Community School District as a fleet mechanic. He enjoyed fishing, horseshoes, automobile restoration, gourmet cooking and spending time with his children, family, and friends. He is survived by one son, Brandon J. Adams, of Keokuk, IA, one daughter, Megan M. Adams of Keokuk, IA, one brother, Jason C. Berg of Dayton, TN, one aunt, Deborah Breakbill and her husband Kirk of Hamilton, IL, his companion, Kristy Martin of Keokuk, IA and her children, Nathan Martin and Cassie Martin and her companion John Jefferson. He is preceded in death by his parents. Memorial services were held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, IA with Brother Bill Hauser officiating. Memorials may be made to the family.
