Eloise Carol Vaughn, 83 of Keokuk, IA died Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at the Montrose Healthcare Center in Montrose, IA. She was born January 6, 1938 in Grafton, IL the daughter of Norman and Virginia Still Adolph. She graduated from Benson High School in Benson, AZ with the class of 1956. On December 29, 1956 Eloise was united in marriage to Ronald Dean Vaughn in Lordsburg, NM. He preceded her in death on November 3, 2011. Eloise was the owner/operator of Double Adobe Ceramic Shop in Double Adobe, AZ for twenty years. She was a leader of 4-H and taught ceramics to the members and was of the Baptist faith. Eloise loved the outdoors and enjoyed rock hounding, riding her horses and camping in her younger years. She is survived by four daughters, Karen Vaughn of Keokuk, Renee Troutner (Lou) of Battle Creek, MI, Deana Vaughn of Aldi, VA and Monica Gutzmer (Steve) of Paraguay, S.A., nine grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and several great great grandchildren. Besides her husband, she was also preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Victoria Perkins and one sister, Virginia Alexander. There will be no services.
