Dottie Sue England

Dottie Sue England, 78, of Keokuk, died Thursday, February 14, 2019 at Lexington Square in Keokuk. She was born on June 21, 1940 in Marion, KY. On December 24, 1973, Dottie was united in marriage to Lewis England at Cave-In-Rock, IL. He preceded her in death on September 6, 2004. She had been employed at Bridgeway in Keokuk. Dottie was a member of God's Way Christian Center. She enjoyed working on crossword puzzles, playing bingo, bowling and Elvis. She enjoyed her large collection of knick knacks. Dottie was always excited to participate in Special Olympics. She is survived by her son, John England and brothers and sisters. Besides her husband, she was also preceded in death by a son at birth, Ronnie Lee England. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 3-4 p.m., Saturday, at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, IA, with a graveside service to follow at 4:30 p.m. at West Point Cemetery in West Point, IL.
