Doris Rockenbach Todd, 90, of Keokuk IA, died Monday, February 7, 2011 at the Lexington Square in Keokuk, IA. She was born on December 2, 1920 in Keokuk, IA the daughter of Clarence and Helen Ludwig Swan. On March 21, 1939 Doris was united in marriage to Melvin Rockenbach. He preceded her in death on March 15, 1990. She than married Raymond Todd on July 8, 2006 in Pontoosuc, IL. He survives. Other survivors include one son, Gary Rockenbach and his wife Linda of Keokuk, IA, one granddaughter, Holly Roth and her husband Jay of Keokuk, IA, one grandson, Craig Rockenbach of Keokuk, IA, four great-grandchildren, Sean Burke of Keokuk, IA, Connor and Spencer Roth of Keokuk, IA and Owen Rockenbach of Nashville, TN. She was preceded in death by her first husband and one grandchild in infancy, Kimberly Rockenbach. Doris worked at Montgomery Ward for ten years as a salesclerk and also sold Avon for many years. She also worked at Area Agency on Aging in Keokuk. She was a member of the Care Review Committee at Eagle Summit. Doris was a volunteer at the Keokuk Convalescent Center and Montebello Manor in Hamilton, IL. In her free time, Doris enjoyed listening to music. Graveside services were held at 10 a.m., Thursday, February 10th, 2011 at the Keokuk National Cemetery in Keokuk, IA. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
