Donald D. Koetters, 66, of Fort Madison, IA, died Sunday, November 13, 2016 at his home.
He was born on April 27, 1950. He was adopted as a young child by Helen and Ralph Koetters.
He had been a resident in Ft. Madison for the past 20 years.
He is survived by brothers and sisters including, Linda Oliver of Franklin, IN, and several cousins including Barb Bailey of Ft. Madison.
