David Raymond Soule

David Raymond Soule, 77, of Keokuk, IA, passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at River Hills Village in Keokuk. He was born on June 20, 1938 at the Saint Joseph Hospital in Keokuk, IA, the son of Raymond and Remona Bickel Soule. He graduated from Keokuk Senior High with the Class of 1958. He was a faithful member of the First Lutheran Church in Keokuk and also a member of the Muscular Dystrophy Association. David is survived by three sisters, Laura Rulon of Keokuk, Dolores Scheuermann (Paul) of Springfield, IL and Betty Hagmeier of Montrose, IA, three cousins, Shirley Klingensmith, Vicky Jeffers, Rosa Lee Soule and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, one nephew James Hagmeier and one niece Nancy Rea. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk with Reverend Rodney Underwood officiating. Burial was in the Oakland Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the First Lutheran Church in Keokuk or the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
