Daniel Frazier

Daniel Rankin "Danny" Frazier, 55 of Keokuk, IA died Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at the Keokuk Area Hospital in Keokuk, IA. He was born December 20, 1955 in Keokuk, IA the son of Charles and Lynn Rankin Frazier. Daniel graduated from Keokuk High School with the Class of 1973. He owned and operated American Leak Detection for ten years in Florida. Daniel worked for Great River Ready Mix in Keokuk, retiring in 2008. He was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Keokuk, IA. Daniel enjoyed golf and was a NASCAR fan. He is survived by his mother, Lynn Frazier of Keokuk, IA, three uncles, Bill Rankin of Davenport, IA, Jim Rankin of Austin, TX and John Rankin of Golden, CO and one aunt, Kay Gerstner of Delafield, WI. He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents. A Gathering of Family and Friends was held on Sunday, October 16, 2011 at The Cellar, 29 South 2nd St. in Keokuk, IA. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
