Clifford Dean Pfeiferling, 49, of Keokuk, IA, died Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at the Keokuk Area Hospital. He was born on January 11, 1964 in Keokuk the son of Edwin and Betty Rotter Pfeiferling. Clifford graduated from Keokuk High School and attended Southeastern Community College in Keokuk. Clifford had been self employed as a roofer and in Heating and Air-Conditioning repair service. He enjoyed fishing and bowling. Clifford is survived by his mother, Betty Pfeiferling of Keokuk, one son, Justin Skibbe, one grandson, Konner Skibbe, two brothers, Craig Pfeiferling and Clark Pfeiferling both of Keokuk and one sister, Christina Mills-Pfeiferling,one step-brother, Gary Pfeiferling of Keokuk, three nephews, Shawn Elder, Jr., Daniel Matous and Christopher Adam Matous, three great-nephews and four great-nieces. He was preceded in death by his father, his grandparents and one sister, Cynthia Pfeiferling. A Graveside service was held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, November 26th 2013 at the Hickory Grove Cemetery in rural Keokuk with Reverend David Turner officiating. Memorials may be made to the family.
