Clarence Leroy Overhulser, 83 of Keokuk, IA died Sunday, November 24, 2019 at UnityPoint Health-Keokuk in Keokuk, IA. He was born August 12, 1936, the son of Clarence and Clara Overhulser. Clarence had been employed as a construction worker for many years for Local Union 755. He worked at several different companies through the years including Shepperd Construction, Ringstrom Electric, Seither & Cherry. He is survived by one daughter, Colleen Dubbiose of Virginia Beach, VA, one granddaughter, Shannon Johnson of Virginia Beach, VA, one grandson, Heath Dubbiose and his very close friend of thirty years, Priscilla Clinton of Keokuk. He was preceded in death by two sons, Gene Overhulser and Raymond Overhulser and one brother, Larry Overhulser. According to his wishes, there will be no services and his body will be cremated.
