Charles William "Bill" Randle, 87, of Keokuk, Iowa, formerly of Kahoka, MO died Saturday, April 8, 2006 at his home in Keokuk, IA. He was born September 19, 1918 in Luray, Missouri, the son of Reuel H. and Anna E. Newendorf Randle. He was than married to Hazel Bishop in Perry, Missouri on October 14, 1989. She survives. Bill served in the Army during WWII after returning he worked for Sheller Globe for 30 years retiring in September of 1980. Funeral services were 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 12 at the Vigen Memorial Home in Kahoka, MO with Reverend Ernest Deatrick officating. Burial with military rites was in the Kahoka Cemetery. Visitation was held after 1 p.m., Tuesday April 11 with family meeting with friends from 6-8 at the funeral home. Family requests no flowers and that memorials be made to the Police Memorial Fund.
