Charles "Charlie" Price, 83, of Keokuk, IA, died Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at the Keokuk Area Hospital. He was born on June 24, 1925. Charlie was a member of the New Testament Christian Church in Keokuk. He loved the outdoors and he enjoyed walking at the River City Mall. He also enjoyed watching sports on television and eating sweets. He is survived by special friends, Vickie Holton of Memphis, MO, Debbie Moss of Keokuk, Sharon Thurman of Warsaw, IL, Tracie Lefler of Keokuk, Angie Day of Warsaw, IL , Peggy Day of Keokuk and Anna Miller of Hamilton, IL. Memorial services were held at 1 p.m., Monday, Dec. 1 at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, IA with Brother Bill Hauser officiating. Burial will be at a later date in the Scandinavian Cemetery in rural Keokuk, IA.
