Carol Ann Moylan, 71 of Keokuk died Monday, January 4, 2016 at Lexington Square in Keokuk. She was born July 13, 1944 in Syracuse, NY the daughter of Urban T. and Dorothy M. Caruso Moylan. She was raised by her mother and step-dad, Gene Saunders. Carol graduated from Marceline High School in Marceline, MO. She had been employed by Christianson Design in Chicago, IL as the office manager. She also did modeling in the Chicago area. Carol was a big fitness and health nut. She loved her cat, Curi and enjoyed a good shopping trip. She is survived by one daughter, Raissa Hassenger of Portland, OR, three brothers, Thomas Moylan of Colorado, John Moylan (Ann) of Keokuk and Tony Saunders of Wayland, MO, two sisters, Jeanne Brooks (Harry) of Keokuk and Cyndi Saunders of Keokuk and several nieces and nephews and Charlie Hayner and the rest of her Lexington Square family that took such good care of her. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, David Saunders. A graveside service was held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at the Oakland Cemetery in Keokuk with Pastor Dan Deatrick officiating. Memorials may be made to the Huntington Foundation.
