Cade Kyle Wear, two day old son of Andrew and Kortnie Corethers Wear died Friday, August 20, 2021 at University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City, IA. He was born August 18, 2021 at Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center-Ft. Madison, IA. Cade only lived a short time, but his life impacted everyone around him. He is survived by his parents, Andrew and Kortnie Wear of Keokuk, grandparents, Tracy Hartis (Ron) of Keokuk, Gary Corethers (Jessica) of Keokuk, Steve (Donna) Wear of Keokuk and great-grandmother, Sheldia Wrieden of Keokuk. He is also survived by four uncles, Steven Kyle Wear Jr., James Kramer, Broc Hartis and Ronnie Hartis, Jr. and many great aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, John Wrieden, Leonard and Gladys Reeves, Claudia Shanks, Seldon and Barbara Wear and Ray Corethers. Visitation was held after 3 p.m., August 25th, 2021 at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, IA with family meeting with friends from 5-7 p.m. A private family graveside was held in the Oakland Cemetery in Keokuk. Memorials may be made to the family.
