Brent Ellis Perrine 1957 – 2005 Brent Ellis Perrine, 48, of Keokuk, IA, died on July 14, 2005 at his home. He was born on January 22, 1957 in Hannibal, MO, the son of Donald and Pauline Romig Perrine. On June 2, 1979, Brent was united in marriage to Nancy J. Leeper at the First Baptist Church in Keokuk. She survives. Other survivors include three children, Brandon S. Perrine, Andrew J. Perrine and Lyndee K. Perrine all of Keokuk, IA, his parents, Donald & Pauline Perrine of Monroe City, MO, one sister, Donia J. Gardner and her husband Curt of Quincy, IL, one brother, Grant A. Perrine and his wife Tiffany of Columbus, GA, one brother-in-law, Kent L. Leeper and his wife Cindy of Wayland, MO, one sister-in-law, Sherry A. Pulliam and her husband Jeff of Keokuk, IA, nieces and nephews, Greg & Randy Leeper, Jennifer Ludwig, Bryce & Blake Gardner, Casey, Morgan and Austin Pulliam, Raegan and Kennedy Perrine. Brent was raised in Monroe City, MO. He attended Northeast Missouri State University in Kirksville, MO and graduated in 1979. He had been employed at Roquette America in Keokuk, IA for the past 26 years. Brent was a member of the Eagle's Wings Ministries in Keokuk and had been active in youth ministry for 20 years. He loved his family very much and was a beloved husband to his wife and a wonderful father to his children. He enjoyed taking care of his yard and gardening. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, July 19 at the United Presbyterian Church in Keokuk, IA with Pastor Bob Lane officiating. Burial was in the Hickory Grove Cemetery in rural Keokuk, IA. Memorials may be made to the family for Andrew's college fund or to the Overseas Mission.
