Beverly "Bev" Wilson, 56, of Keokuk, IA, died Thursday, August 16, 2012 at her home. She was born on September 23, 1955 in Keokuk, IA, the daughter of Robert L. and Arvita Edwards Wilson. Bev graduated from Keokuk Senior High with the Class of 1974. She graduated from Southeastern Community College in Keokuk and attended Midstate College. She had been employed at Climax Molybdenum in Ft. Madison, IA as a Lab Technician. Bev was an excellent athlete and an avid sports fan. She is survived by her father, Robert Wilson of Keokuk, one brother, Clint Wilson and his wife Debbie of Keokuk, one nephew Eric Wilson and his wife Natasha of Keokuk, two nieces, Jessica Wilson and Jennifer Wilson both of Chicago, IL and two great-nieces, Avery and Sophie Wilson. She was preceded in death by her mother and her grandparents. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Monday, August 13, 2012 at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, IA with Brother Bill Hauser officiating. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery in Keokuk. Memorials may be made to the Keokuk Area Hospital or the New Testament Christian Church in Keokuk, IA. .
