Beverly June McMurray, 62, of Keokuk, IA, died Tuesday, May 20, 2008, in the comfort of her own home. She was born January 22, 1946, in Geary, OK, the daughter of June and Helen McIntire Bright. She was united in marriage to Joseph W. McMurray on November 15, 1971 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He survives. Other survivors include her three daughters Lori Hedinger of Edmond, OK, Susan Kwasnieski of Las Vegas, NV, Kelli Harris of Las Vegas, NV, two sons Stephen McMurray of Las Vegas, NV, Nicholas McMurray of Las Vegas, NV, and one sister Susan Townsend of Yukon, OK, five grandchildren, and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by both of her parents. Beverly graduated from the Oklahoma State University. She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Keokuk, IA, the Eastern Star, P.E.O, and the United Methodist Women. Beverly enjoyed gardening, interior decorating, and spending time with her family. In accordance with her wishes there will be no services or visitation.
