Beulah Jeann Albro, 79, of Hamilton, IL, died Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at Montebello HealthCare Center in Hamilton, IL. She was born on December 31, 1929 in Keokuk, IA, the daughter of Thomas and Katherine Malher Simpson. She married Richard Albro in 1958 in California and he preceded her in death. Beulah had been employed at the Lee County Home in Keokuk and retired in 1991. She was very artistic and enjoyed drawing. She also enjoyed taking care of her houseplants and her cats. She is survived by two sisters, Frieda Shoemaker of Warsaw, IL and Mary Scalf of Colt, Arkansas and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, she was also preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Diane Albro. There will be no visitation or services.
