Becky Stowers

Becky Pearl Stowers, 59, of Keokuk, died Monday, November 19, 2012 at Keokuk Area Hospital in Keokuk, IA. She was born on September 16, 1953 in Peoria, IL, the daughter of Howard Reynolds and Kay Tate. She was a member of the Faith Family Church in Keokuk. Becky enjoyed the outdoors and loved roses. She was a people person and always enjoyed having a good time with family and friends. Becky enjoyed having her granddaughter, Nicole, read to her, especially anything scriptural. She is survived by two sons, Drew Simpson and his wife Christine of Malvern, Arkansas and Kenny Stanley of Keokuk, one daughter, Trena Stanley of Keokuk, eight grandchildren, her mother, Kay Copeland of Keokuk, one sister Pam Sullivan of Peoria, IL, and one aunt Joyce Cowey of Ft. Madison, IA A Memorial service was held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, IA with Pastor Jay Zetterlund officiating. There was no visitation.
