Barbara Anna Mae Ellison Krivolavek, 64, of Keokuk, IA, died Wednesday, March 16, 2005 at the Keokuk Area Hospital. She was born on July 31, 1940, in Council Bluffs, IA, the daughter of Harold Maroni and Louise Marie Coleman Ellison. She moved from Council Bluffs to Keokuk in 1989. Barbara had been employed at Lexington Square in Keokuk, IA for fifteen years. She enjoyed working on crossword puzzles. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy and she loved to spend time with them. She is survived by one daughter, Rhonda Wheatley of Keokuk, IA, four sons, David Stephens of Ft. Madison, IA, Jesse Stephens of Aurora, NE, John "Butch" Stephens, Jr. of Omaha, NE, and Terry Stephens of Council Bluffs, IA, ten grandchildren, Caleb, Joshua and April Stephens, Justin, Tyler and Shane Wheatley, David, Jessica, Joey and Autumn Stephens, seven sisters, Sharon Wheatley and Betty Hetrick both of Keokuk, IA, Peggy Shively, Marie Haven, Vickie Erkkila, Sandy Ellison and Marjorie all of Council Bluffs, IA, and one brother, Bud Ellison of Bellevue, NE. She was preceded in death by her parents. In honor of Barbara's request, her body was cremated and there was no service or visitation.
