Amy Nichole Cooper, 29, of Quincy, IL formerly of Keokuk, died Friday, March 28, 2014 at her home.
She was born October 10, 1984 in Keokuk, IA, the daughter of Lester Cooper and Frances Wrieden.
Amy graduated from Keokuk High School with the Class of 2002.
She had been employed as the manager at Wilco Fast Break in Quincy.
Amy was a member of The Crossing in Quincy. She was a member of Keokuk High School softball team and her love of the sport continued as she played on a coed softball league in Quincy every summer.
Amy loved riding horses with her Aunt Franny. She enjoyed hunting with her dad and target shooting. She loved camouflage. Amy had a passion for photography and was never afraid of trying new things. She always had a smile on her face and brightened the lives of her family and friends. Amy adored her children and loved being a mom. She leaves a lifetime of wonderful memories for her family and friends.
She is survived by her father, Lester Cooper and his wife Mia of Keokuk; her mother, Frances Cooper of Keokuk. Amy was blessed to have two loving mothers in her life. Amy is also survived by her fianc, Josh Bunch of Quincy, IL, four children, Laiten Cooper, Lucas Dimmitt, Bryce Dimmit and Addesyn Bunch all of Quincy, IL, maternal grandparents, Sharon and Dan Duncan of Keokuk and Richard Humphrey of Keokuk, two sisters, Amanda Cooper of Keokuk and Teri Cooper and her companion Martin Alvarez of Keokuk, three brothers, Ethan Cooper of Keokuk, Seth Cooper of Keokuk and James Cooper and his wife Michele of Keokuk, special friend Elisha Wagner of Quincy, IL and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Charles and Margaret Cooper , maternal grandmother, JoAnn Humphrey, her great-grandparents, a cousin who was her best friend, Bobbi Jo Wrieden and one uncle, Bill Cooper.
Memorial serviceswere held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at the First Christian Church in Keokuk with Pastors Daniel Duncan and Joe Duncan officiating. Burial was in the Hickory Grove Cemetery in Keokuk. Memorials may be made to her childrens Trust Fund.
