Alicia H. Stein, 67, of Ft. Madison, IA formerly of Keokuk, IA died Saturday, September 23, 2006 at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City, IA. She was born on May 4, 1939 in Keokuk, IA the daughter of Clarence and Jessmine Dunagan Hoewing. Alicia was united in marriage to Harold Richard Stein on July 6, 1987 in Keokuk, IA. She had been employed at the Parkridge Workshop in Montrose, IA. Alicia enjoyed watching her favorite game shows on television. She is survived by her husband, Harold "Richard" Stein of Montrose, IA. She was preceded in death by her parents. Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 27, at the Sunset Memorial Park, Keokuk, IA with Rev. Steven Rassmussen officiating. A memorial was established for the Montrose Health Care Center Activity Fund.
