Jack Ryan Rowland, 4 month old son of Landon Rowland and Ali Dabbs of Keokuk, died Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at the University of Iowa Children's Hospital in Iowa City, IA. He was born August 3, 2018 in Ft. Madison, IA. Jack was the happiest and best baby. He loved to laugh and smile and brought joy and happiness to everyone he touched. He had just found his voice and continually chattered and squealed. He liked to watch the family dog, Cowboy, who made him laugh and giggle. Jack loved his two big sisters who entertained him and were big helpers. His life was a gift that will live on, as he was an organ donor to those in need. He is survived by his parents, Landon and Ali of Keokuk, two sisters, Madisyn and Elle Hake of Keokuk, his grandparents, Cynthia and Rowdy Bergman of Kahoka, MO, Theresa and Thomas Nelson of Donnellson, IA, Shane Rowland of Queen City, MO and Bob and Barb Dabbs of Buchanan, MI, and four aunts, Mandy (Acenna) Dabbs of St. Louis, MO, Olivia Bergman of Kahoka, MO, Laken Bergman and Macey Bergman both of Burlington, IA. A funeral service was held at 1 p.m., Saturday December 15 at Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, IA with Pastor Dana Jurgens officiating. Visitation was held after 2 p.m., Friday, December 14, at the funeral home with family meeting with friends from 6-8 p.m.
